Pittsburgh native Chef Janine Falvo brings decades of culinary experience and a lifelong passion for seasonal, locally inspired cuisine to Fairmont Pittsburgh. Inspired by childhood memories of family gatherings, seasonal harvests, and homemade preserves, Falvo began her culinary career after graduating from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute.
At Fairmont Pittsburgh, she oversees the hotel’s culinary offerings, bringing a thoughtful, seasonal approach and a genuine connection to the region's flavors.
