Wish Berry Delight Dessert

fl.2 at Fairmont Pittsburgh is proud to introduce Wish Berry Delight, a special dessert created in support of Make-A-Wish® Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Available from June 23 through the end of the year (December 31, 2025).

Inspired by the nostalgic Strawberry Pretzel Salad, Wish Berry Delight reinterprets this classic with refined pastry techniques. Featuring light sponge cake and layers of sweet and salty flavors, it combines premium ingredients to create a sophisticated yet heartwarming dessert.

For every Wish Berry Delight sold, $5 will be donated directly to Make-A-Wish® Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia, supporting the organization’s mission to grant life-changing wishes to local children with critical illnesses.
