fl.2 at Fairmont Pittsburgh is the balance of vibrant and inviting elements designed to create the perfect dining experience. the restaurant features curated details coming together, from décor to menu, to vibe. warm hues to cool blues, vintage metallic finishes to modern woodwork, and raw bar to family-style menu offerings are fused to create a fresh and intimate setting.

taking cues from Pittsburgh’s rich history, renowned Barcelona-based designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán created the vision for a space that evokes casual luxury at its finest. the menu pays homage to tradition, ensuring the majority of items are house made and locally sourced, and combines these elements with innovative and unexpected preparations with variations of contrasts and textures.

the bar program follows suit and is rooted in fresh ingredients, locally sourced spirits and brews, and small batch estate wines that pair naturally. this approachable style of service and dining is a return to the traditions of the American table.

Thanksgiving Brunch & Dinner at fl.2

fl.2 Executive Chef Julio Peraza has created a decadent, savory spread for Thanksgiving brunch and dinner. Earlier in the day, guests may start with a tasty sweet potato waffle with marshmallow fluff and maple butter, moving on to turkey chilaquiles with poblano, a fried egg, queso fresco, and salsa roja. Dinner will include options like butternut squash soup, roasted kabocha salad with goat cheese, Banyuls, pomegranate molasses, pistachio, frisee, and crispy leeks, pumpkin mascarpone ravioli, and oven-roasted turkey with apple sausage, giblet gravy, and bourbon cranberries. You can count on green bean casserole with mushroom béchamel and crispy shallots, and brown butter sweet potato puree to round out the perfect Thanksgiving meal. All of these options are in addition to the restaurant’s current menus. fl.2 is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. The bar is open daily at 10 a.m. and through 2 a.m. on Thursday-Saturday. 


Holiday Happy Hour
New this year, fl.2 and Andys will offer a holiday happy hour menu starting December 1 through New Year’s Day. Featured are three holiday-themed cocktails – a winter gin and tonic, mulled wine, and a coquito – deliciously paired with items from our $5 happy hour menu, which includes Kusshi oysters with pickled honeydew and chives, smoked salmon toast, “meat and potatoes” lamb tartare and potato pave, caviar on brioche, and the ever-popular shoestring fries.
Dom Pérignon by the glass is available for $35. 


Making Spirits Bright at fl.2
Reservations are being accepted for holiday brunch at Fairmont Pittsburgh's glittering Modern American restaurant, fl.2. Kick off long days of shopping and special moments at downtown events, activities, and shows. Make holiday memories over decadent lobster poached eggs with spinach, house made gougere, and hollandaise or stacked French toast with maple syrup, macerated strawberries, and powdered sugar. And don’t forget the mimosas! fl.2 will serve Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve dinner, and Christmas Day and New Year’s Day brunch with “dressed up” enhancements to its current menus. Chef Julio Peraza will offer a five-course tasting menu on Friday, December 27, Saturday, December 28, and Sunday, December 29 at $150 per person with one seating per night at 7:30 p.m. For reservations, call 412-773-8848.
